GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL AUSTRALIA (ABGR) STAR RATING
MDA Consulting Engineers are accredited Green Star Professionals with comprehensive understanding of Green of Star categories rating systems and rating tools and experience with integrating Green Star requirements into engineering designs.
Achieving ABGR substantiation and approval by substantive documentation to demonstrate the achievement of the ABGR compliance targets,

COMMERCIAL BUILDING DISCLOSURE (CBD)
Commercial Building Disclosure (CBD) is a national program designed to improve the energy efficiency of Australia’s large office buildings. The CBD program has been developed by the Australian, state and territory governments, as part of a broad package of measures to encourage building energy efficiency. The program is managed by the Australian Government Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency.
With the new government requirement of full Building Energy Efficiency Certificates (BEEC) MDA Consulting Engineers has the qualifications to issue certification. BEECs are valid for 12 months and must be publicly accessible on the online Building Energy Efficiency Register. The National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) Energy star rating must also be included in any advertisement for the sale, lease or sublease of the office space.
